About Altru Tech
My Story
I have found a passion of helping and serving people and as the sole owner and operator of Altru Tech I aim to do that. I started using computers as a young kid this was when we still used floppy disks to save information.
I have served over 10 years in the US Army National Guard in the IT field as a signal systems specialist. I also used to work for a cable company in Prescott Valley where I noticed a huge disparity of support in the forever changing world of technology. Issues included a lack of access to personalized tech support for smart device usage, leaving customers to be directed to third-party call centers. Often, communication was hindered by language barriers, and customers received assistance from representatives who were merely reading from a script. This not only made it challenging to understand the solutions but also prolonged the time it took to resolve their issues. This was very ineffective, so I decided to take matters into my own hands to help anyone overcome their technology challenges and provide the support the big companies do not want to locally.
My desire is not only to serve my clients but also to help keep jobs local and support the American economy. After all, small business ownership is the backbone of the American dream.
